The firm offers a wide ranging litigation service, which includes dealing with money claims in the County Court from Small Claims (under £5,000.00) up to complex or valuable Multi-Track actions including Personal Injury work.

We have considerable experience of dealing with Employment issues including discrimination and dismissal, and Landlord & Tenant / Housing matters particularly from the Landlord’s point of view.

We also deal with boundary and land disputes, and contested probate issues. We represent our clients in local Magistrates and County Courts, and have a well established network of specialist Counsel in Chambers in Southampton and London with whom we regularly deal.

Where possible, we always consider whether or not clients qualify for any form of Public Funding (Legal Aid) from the Legal Services Commission (Legal Aid Board), and will always consider whether the firm may be willing to enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement (“No Win, No Fee Agreement”). We are aware that costs are a primary consideration in any proposed litigation and understand our clients' concerns in this regard. Costs are always discussed in full either at the initial meeting, or earlier by telephone if needs be.
