Careless and Kemp has always maintained a busy section working in areas of Family Law.
We can offer services to help with:

  • financial disputes including claims for maintenance and property
  • disagreements over arrangements for children, residence and contact
  • representation in care proceedings and public law cases
Our Family Law team is based at our Ventnor office, but arrangements can be made to see clients at our Lake office when this is more convenient.

We hold the Legal Services Commission's Quality Mark and have a "franchise" to deliver publicly funded (legal aid) family legal work for those clients who qualify.

Our team always includes our own qualified, experienced advocate for representation on your behalf at Family Court hearings.
