If a mortgage is required, we carry out the requirements of the lender.

We also undertake remortgages, equity release, shared ownership, key workers' schemes and tenancy agreements for both residential and commercial properties.

On initial instruction we provide a written estimate which in only exceptional circumstances would be increased.

On completion of the transaction we are able to store your deeds at our Ventnor office without charge.

Both offices offer a friendly efficient service, with the partners being happy to talk to clients who just call in on the off chance. If the partners are unavailable, an appointment will be offered immediately.
